Arts and crafts craftsman style double paned window in frame 58 x 58. This is a beautiful reproduction window with tempered glass in the frame. It was salvaged out of an estate and it was owned by Paul Mitchell. There were three houses on the lot all of which overlooked the ocean in Pacific Palisades.

Throughout the years the windows deteriorated from weathering and were replaced with these beautiful reproductions. The windows were very very well-made and are solid and heavy. They were done with double paned tempered glass and have a beautiful rustic finish. The exterior of the house had an enchanting ivy that grew up over the front.

Some of the windows still have the little pieces of ivy where the ivy would latch onto the structure with little feet like limbs. The house was actually a tutor style house with Spanish craftsman and arts and crafts style design. The house was very well-made and truly was simply amazing.

The windows are in overall good condition with a little bit of Ivy remnants on the exterior nothing to major try to include all of the detail in the photos.
